We normally enjoy carrying out Community Consultations for our developments, as we get to meet local residents and discuss the proposals in detail and at length. But, given the restrictions we are all living in during this pandemic, our recent Community Consultations have been carried out online.
HEATHFIELD DEVELOPMENT CONSULTATION ON LOCHSIDE ROAD
This Community event will be held via the Allanvale website, on Wednesday 13th January 2021 from 1pm-7pm.
The proposals will see this vacant scrub land transformed to provide much needed family homes in the area while reinforcing and improving pedestrian links and safety from surrounding neighbourhoods. Together with Cruden Homes, we are proposing to deliver approximately 230 new homes including 125 affordable homes for rent in partnership with a Registered Social Landlord. This presentation sets out the draft design proposals for the application site. The objective of this event is to give the local community the opportunity to find out more about the proposals for the site at Lochside Road and to share their views.
